In Paris Hotel Le Ballu, the language of colour takes the space, defines it, and to light it coherently it relies on designs such as Dipping Light , which provides diffuse light, filtered through the layers of paint on its shade. In addition, the shape of the Theia lamp and the Aura wall light tie in with the graphic aesthetic this hotel pursues. On the terrace, the colour is down to Santorini, an outdoor lamp that can transport you to the Mediterranean, even though you’re in Paris.
